Add Feedsky subscription (provides download of more than 50 kinds of Feed icons)

I registered for Feedsky's service a long time ago but never used it because I didn't want to split my subscriptions. However, I'm worried about the GFW (Great Firewall of China) messing up again, so I suggest using domestic readers (such as Gougou or ZhuaXia) with Feedsky subscriptions. For those using Bloglines and similar services, you can continue using Feedburner.

I've placed the Feedsky subscription icon in the left column and also added the subscription code in the header. It's all set now.
