1. Focus on the user and all else will follow. Concentrating on users will make everything go smoothly.

(H: For me, this is the management of customer relations. I try to think for customers instead of taking these behaviors as gratuities for new cases. As for new cases? I think this is absolutely the second consideration for me... I think as long as we are sincere, customers can feel it and give feedback.)
