Have you played Need for Speed: Underground? Check out this real-life video. It features the same roads, weather, trees, and streetlights. What's most similar is the sound of the engine shifting gears. It's so cool that I almost feel the urge to crash into the old cars slowly driving on the track. The only difference from the game is probably the police. In the middle part of the video, you can hear the sirens go off briefly and then disappear :-)
