A blog sued a website for infringement because the website reprinted articles from the blog without permission. I think it's good that the lawsuit happened, but it also makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. You can go ahead and sue, but why do you have to be used as a weapon by the competitor of the website you're suing?
Currently, the entire internet industry is still in a relatively restless and unformed state. Protecting copyrights and promoting justice is normal. But when it becomes a tool for competitors, it changes its flavor. The ten thousand yuan you are asking for might not be much, but I think the defendant should only pay some infringement fees (probably a few hundred yuan), and everything else should be covered by the competitor of the defendant, because they didn't pay you royalties, yet they used your article as a PR weapon to attack their rival.
Let's not talk about this matter anymore, because I've had experiences where my previous writings were exploited. Now, it's made me hesitant to publish some of my research findings on the Internet and IT industries (I also find myself starting to get bored with it). If you need to communicate, please contact me through MSN(), EMAIL, or phone. Now, I'm publishing my blog copyright statement.
