Personal experience of the major traffic accident of "80 vehicles crash on Anhui Expressway"!!! (Exclusive pictures!!!)

On Friday morning, I drove from Wuhu, Anhui to Hefei, Anhui for work-related matters. I got on the highway at around 8 a.m. The whole way was covered in dense fog and the driver carefully maneuvered the car at a speed of about 60-80 km/h. Normally, it would take only 1 hour and 40 minutes to reach Hefei, but we arrived near Feidong on the Hening Expressway at 9:50 a.m., which was approximately 18 kilometers away from Hefei (the name might not be accurate).

At this point, we noticed heavy traffic ahead. After waiting for 40 minutes, out of sheer boredom, I decided to get out of the car and walk forward to check the situation. What I found was beyond my imagination - I personally witnessed a major accident involving a chain collision of over 80 vehicles stretching approximately 3 kilometers long.

Since I didn't have a camera with me, I could only roughly document the scene using my mobile phone. I'm sharing this to remind all my friends who drive that our beloved cars and even our lives are extremely fragile in the face of accidents. (Since I am still on a business trip elsewhere, I will continue to post updates. Friends who are eager can check out the photos in my album first.)
