Baidu optimization only takes one trick

This thing, actually, was mentioned in an earlier blog post. Today, I will revisit it and explain the detailed thought process since the previous post was rather vague. Additionally, while optimizing the keyword "Alipay registration" to the second position on Baidu, I have been approached by many friends asking about optimization techniques, which has caused me some distress. The truth is, I don't understand a single thing about optimization. Just studying takes several days of pondering. The only optimization technique I know is one, which I will describe in detail below:

How do we optimize the keywords "Alipay" and "Alipay registration"? My approach is very simple. Since Baidu always emphasizes putting user experience at the center, can we interpret this as: under similar article relevance, the more users browsing an article, the more it meets the needs of users, and Baidu will rank it higher.

To test whether our theory is correct, we must first get more people to view the article we want to optimize. Here's what I did: Alipay, as a payment tool, is widely used for online transactions, and many new net-earners do not have Alipay accounts. Therefore, in every online earning project that requires Alipay for receiving payments, I included a link pointing to the Alipay registration guide.

After a month of testing, the keyword "Alipay registration" rose to the second position on Baidu, and "Alipay" also climbed to the third page on Baidu. Thus, I conducted another test - disregarding relevance, I directly imported traffic. Using a traffic brushing tool, I created a random internal link and set the source URL. Surprisingly, importing traffic made a significant difference. In a month, "online earning" also reached the first page on Baidu. It was quite shocking - Baidu's ability to discern seemed poor. However, note that we were just conducting a test here, and the traffic could be brushed with tools. For real optimization, natural traffic should be used; otherwise, you might get penalized.

Using user demand to import traffic and optimize keywords is the method I currently apply, and it's also the only optimization method I know. However, some commonly used keywords are not easy to guide users to click on. For instance, would users click on the hyperlinked keyword "online earning"? Probably not, or the hyperlinked keyword "online earning" doesn't make them want to click because they believe clicking on "online earning" won't lead to pages with content that interests them.

So how do we optimize such keywords? When internal linking isn't effective, the usual approach is external linking. A relatively efficient method for external linking is through friend links, posting ads on forums, or signature ads. However, these methods aren't very effective either, for the same reason as internal linking - it's hard to create an environment that prompts users to click on "online earning." As for friend links, I personally don't like them due to their complexity and the numerous troubles involved. So, I came up with a trick that I've just started testing - not sure if it works yet. When adding a hyperlink, there's usually a description attached. I defined this description as "online earning." For example: . The link points to the homepage of Taojinzhan, but the description is "online earning," which will display when you hover your mouse over it. Let's see if it works after a month!

That's all for now, no tricks to speak of, and apologies to the experts for my amateurish methods.

PS: I would like to thank everyone in advance. Net-earners have provided many good suggestions for the development of the forum. After reviewing them carefully, I found several quite excellent ones, which I have already adopted and am currently implementing in the modifications.
