There is an organization named "the White Space Coalition" in the US, and their aim is to persuade the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to use the unused frequencies between the TV channels for wireless Internet. The other day, Google, as a member of the coalition, submitted the results of its terminal tests to the communications commission.

It was reported that in the test documents, Google submitted the results of the first phase of the tests. Google stated that the test results showed that when using idle frequencies to access the Internet, it could ensure that the operation of digital TVs and wireless microphones would not be affected. Google did not specify in the documents whether this test was conducted indoors or outdoors.
