Yesterday afternoon, the seventh plenary meeting of the provincial advertising supervision coordinating meeting was held in the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. The meeting decided that from now until February next year, a comprehensive rectification of illegal "sex drugs" and venereal disease treatment advertisements would be carried out throughout the province with websites as the focus. According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, the provincial industry and commerce system has monitored and inspected more than 300,000 advertisements of all kinds, investigated and dealt with 1478 cases of illegal advertising, and imposed fines totaling 6.56 million yuan.
