Google accidentally closed part of the users' Gmail mailboxes this week. Apparently, this mistake occurred during an operation targeting at spam mails. According to foreign media reports, a Google employee posted a thread titled "Gmail Guidelines" on the "Gmail Help Forum" on December 6th, saying that the above problem had been solved. However, on December 7th, there were still users complaining about being unable to log in to their Gmail accounts.
