Dell to make mobile phones, may acquire Moto's cellphone business

Cnet and Digitimes recently reported that Dell, a global PC manufacturer, is considering acquiring Motorola's mobile phone division. Due to heavy losses, Motorola's CEO, Zander, has just announced his resignation; while Dell, with its substantial profits, has sufficient cash flow to complete the acquisition of Motorola's mobile phone business.
