Norton Exposes Another Mis-killing Incident, US Company's Software Wrongfully Killed

Solid Oak, headquartered in California (hereinafter referred to as "Solid"), stated on Thursday that Symantec mistakenly identified the CyberSitter filtering software developed by Solid as a virus and forcibly disconnected the network connection of CyberSitter users during its regular security upgrade on Monday.
