The Google Lunar X Prize competition has started. Some of the participating teams have already revealed some details. The competition requires the teams to send their spacecraft or robots to the surface of the moon, explore the surrounding areas, and then send the exploration results back to Earth. The first prize of this competition is as high as 20 million US dollars, the second prize and encouragement prize are both 5 million US dollars. A team named "Odyssey Moon" claimed on Thursday that they were the first team to officially complete the registration.
