CPANEL controls abnormal traffic

How can we control such abnormal traffic? After looking up some information online, I added an anti-hotlinking system. In CPANEL, there is a feature module called HOTLINK PROTECTION, which adds some controls to the .HTACCESS file of the hosting space. I opened access for all the domains I use and also defined all the file formats used in the hosting space.
