Some of them have even interrupted services to users unilaterally, which affected normal use of services by users, aroused dissatisfaction among users and caused a very bad social impact. After the event broke out, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology paid high attention to it, and worked with relevant departments to timely understand the situation, calm down the dispute, and firmly uphold the legitimate rights and interests of users and market order.
