Full Text of the Dell "Sweatshop" Investigation Report
Between November of last year and August this year, Hong Kong student organization "University Faculty and Student Action Monitoring Unscrupulous Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as SACOM), through investigations, found that three of Dell's subcontracted factories in Dongguan seriously violated the relevant provisions of the Labor Law. The investigation results have drawn high attention. The investigation team published its report through NetEase Technology. This report revealed the serious exploitation of workers by Dell's related suppliers. This report fully records the investigation process, methods, and some important conclusions.
