The New Labor Contract Law, or say the indenture of the working class, will be enforced since January 1st, 2008. The New Year's Day is a deadline. Under this deadline, some smart companies have began to play "smart" tricks. Such as Huawei, CCTV, and some even worse companies that follow the suit of these two. Of course, I say they are smart because they dare to cold-bloodedly sacrifice their employees' interests, dare to confront with the media. And also dare to "negotiate" with the local labor departments.
