Baidu has quietly acquired Qianqian Jingting.

It should be considered as old news. Today, I accidentally found that Baidu's product list includes QianQian JingTing. Then I checked the domain registration information of QianQian JingTing, and the Admin email has been changed to mahui @baidu.com. Regarding this acquisition, there is almost nothing official online, only rumors and speculations, and it seems that the acquisition took place around 2006. Why was Baidu's acquisition so low-key? I think perhaps it's because: the rapid development of QQ Music, Kugou, Kuwo and other online music services has had a significant impact on Baidu's main MP3 search service. Baidu's acquisition of QianQian JingTing and its development of desktop software to retain traffic advantages can be considered as one of Baidu's strategies. Currently, Baidu has successfully acquired hao123, Sky Software, QianQian JingTing, and DianXun Input Method, successfully entering the fields of URL navigation, software download, online music, and mobile input, providing services for the development and growth of its search advertising business.
