I. Surface treatment of floor

1. Newly completed industrial floors must be maintained for a certain period before construction, approximately 28 days.

2. Remove the cement slurry, old paint, and attached garbage and debris on the surface.

3. Thoroughly remove oil stains and treat them with an oil-removing cleaner.

4. Drain standing water and ensure that damp areas are thoroughly dried.

5. The cleaning of the surface should be completed using a dust-free sweeper and a large vacuum cleaner.

6. The allowable gap for a smooth surface is 2~2.5mm, with a moisture content below 6%, and pH value between 6~80.

7. Roughening of the floor surface needs to be done using a dust-free grinder and thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.

8. Holes and obvious depressions on the floor surface should be filled and leveled with putty. After solidifying, sand and clean.

II. Application of Sealing Coating

1. On treated clean and level concrete surfaces, use high-pressure airless spraying or roller coating to apply one coat of epoxy sealing primer.

2. Epoxy sealing paint has strong permeability. When brushing the primer, add a certain amount of diluent so that the diluted primer can penetrate into the base layer, enhancing the adhesion between the coating and the base layer. Its application must be continuous without interruption, and the application amount should reach the point where the surface is just saturated.

3. Local missed coatings can be brushed to supplement. Excess bottom paint on the surface must be sanded before the next process.
