The Dalian scale remote control is a device that changes the weight measured by the scale. It has many names, such as Dalian scale remote control, truck scale decoder, truck scale remote control, electronic scale remote control, electronic scale decoder, electronic Dalian scale remote control, electronic scale decoder, and scale interferer, etc. In fact, they are all the same thing - a device that can change weighing data.
Scale Construction:
1. Load-bearing and force transmission part: The entire device that transmits the weight of an object to the load cell, including the weighing platform, suspension connection unit, safety limiter, ground fixing parts, and infrastructure.
2. Load Cell: Located between the weighing platform and the foundation, it converts the weight of the object being weighed into a corresponding electrical signal, which is then transmitted via a signal cable to the weighing display controller for a series of processing and transformations.
3. Weighing Display Controller: Amplifies the electrical signal output from the load cell through a linear amplifier. Then, after A/D conversion into a digital signal, the microprocessor (CPU) in the instrument processes the weight signal and directly displays the weight data (analog scale). For digital scales, the sensor internally performs digital conversion, and the sensor outputs a digital signal. The working condition of the digital electronic scale is roughly the same as the analog scale.
Scale Working Principle:
1. Analog Type: When goods enter the platform, under the action of the object's gravity, the elastic body of the load cell produces elastic deformation, causing the strain gauge bridge circuit attached to the elastic body to lose balance and output an electrical signal proportional to the weight value. After passing through the amplifier and A/D converter in the weighing instrument, the analog signal is converted into a digital signal. Then, after the microprocessor (CPU) in the instrument processes the weight signal, it directly displays the weight data. If the display instrument is connected to a computer or printer, the instrument can simultaneously send the weight signal to equipment like computers, forming a weighing management system.
2. Digital Type: When goods enter the platform, under the action of the object's gravity, the elastic body of the load cell produces deformation, causing the strain gauge bridge circuit attached to the elastic body to lose balance and output an electrical signal proportional to the weight value. After processing by electronic components such as amplifiers, A/D converters, and microprocessors inside the sensor, the data is processed, and a digital signal is output. The digital signals from each sensor enter the weighing display instrument through the junction box, directly showing the weight data. If the display instrument is connected to a computer or printer, the instrument can simultaneously send the weight signal to devices like computers, forming a weighing management system.
Installation and Use of Decoders:
1. Analog Sensor Scale with Three-Wire or Four-Wire System
The decoder can be installed between any sensor cable and the display or within the internal signal circuit of the display.
The positive and negative power terminals of the decoder are respectively connected to the positive and negative power terminals of the sensor excitation.
The control line can be connected to either the positive or negative or both of the sensor signal.
2. Digital Sensor Scale with Four-Wire or Six-Wire System
The decoder is generally installed in the sensor bus or inside the weighing display controller.
The positive and negative power terminals of the decoder are connected to the positive and negative power terminals of the bus, and the control line is connected to the A and B (positive and negative) of 485.
Remote Control Usage Method:
During debugging, press any key from 3 to 7 on the remote control handle, use keys 1 and 2 to adjust the weight size to the desired tonnage, and other keys follow accordingly.
Usage Method:
When the front wheel or rear wheel of the vehicle is on the scale but the vehicle is not fully on the scale, press the corresponding key (3-7) on the remote control handle; when the vehicle is not completely off the scale, press the "8" key to release the control.
