Massive shakeup inside NetEase: a department with over a hundred people announces dissolution

Netease Corporation, in an irresponsible manner, suddenly announced last Thursday the dissolution of its Civil Online/Enterprise Application Division. Afterwards, while negotiating compensation with resigning employees, Netease repeatedly dodged responsibility and acted inconsistently. Without reaching a mutual agreement, Netease used intimidation and lies, threatening to set the monthly compensation at the minimum basic salary rather than calculating it based on the Labor Law or the promised average income of the previous 12 months (which differs by more than three times).
