"I would never have thought that on such a rainy day, and it being Sunday, you would come to my home to hear my opinions." On April 11th, Chen Shuizheng, a villager from Gexi Township of Yiyang County in Jiangxi Province, said excitedly to the judges of the county court who had visited him in the rain, "Just from their sincerity alone, I believe the judges will handle cases fairly!"

After some polite conversation, the judge took out the "Case Follow-up Registration Form" and carefully recorded Chen Shuizheng's opinions and suggestions about the judge handling the case and the work of the court. Afterwards, the judge left a convenient contact card with a supervision hotline number and hurried off to the home of another party...

According to reports, Yiyang County Court has implemented a system of revisiting parties involved in cases, incorporating revisits into routine work managed by a specialized institution. By organizing cases since 2009, different revisit methods are adopted according to specific situations, including door-to-door revisits, telephone revisits, and letter revisits. The revisit situation is also included as an important part of the performance evaluation for judges. Personnel whose cases receive concentrated complaints from parties during revisits are placed under key management, with leaders of the court conducting talks, tracking supervision, and promoting transformation; problems identified among officers regarding political and professional qualities during revisits are organized and categorized as priorities for education and training; for those verified to have serious problems, legal and disciplinary actions are taken accordingly.

The implementation of the party revisit system is an important measure for the court to open its doors and actively accept public supervision. It is also a crucial component of the court's practice of the "People's Judges for the People" theme activity, implementing the three key tasks of "resolving social conflicts, innovating social management, and enforcing justice impartially and cleanly."

Since the start of the activity this year, the court has revisited 225 parties and collected over ten various opinions and suggestions.
