After China Mobile confirmed yesterday that it is in talks with Apple to introduce the iPhone in China, a management official from China Unicom said on Wednesday that China Unicom is willing to discuss with Apple about introducing the currently popular iPhone into China. Li Zhengmao, executive director and vice president of China Unicom, stated to the media on the sidelines of the GSMA Mobile Communication Asia Conference held in Macau that it seems the iPhone is selling very well in some markets, and China Unicom is willing to engage in relevant discussions with Apple.
