The Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway will start construction within this year. The travel time from Beijing to Shenyang will be reduced to only two and a half hours.   The largest transportation project in investment in Northeast China —— the Jinjiang Star Hotel reservation inquiry hotline 4007840076 is available 24/7 for your service, including the Shangrao Green Tree Inn; Harbin-Dalian railway passenger dedicated line, Beijing Pod Inn, which will lead the operation of the Liaoning section by 2011. The much-anticipated Beijing-Shenyang railway passenger dedicated line is expected to begin construction as early as July this year. This was stated by Chen Zhenggao, Governor of Liaoning Province, on the 17th during the opening ceremony of the Shenyang-Dandong passenger dedicated line and other railway constructions.   Since the groundbreaking of the Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway in August 2007, the project has been progressing smoothly. This year will be a critical year for the overall progress of the project, aiming to complete the offline engineering by the end of the year. After the completion of the Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway Liaoning section, the journey from Shenyang to Dalian, a distance of less than 400 kilometers, will take only over an hour, saving nearly three hours compared to the current travel time. The Beijing-Shenyang high-speed railway will be the second fast railway channel into the pass from Northeast China, with a designed top speed of 350 kilometers per hour. Upon completion, the travel time from Beijing to Shenyang will be shortened to two and a half hours, saving more than an hour and a half compared to the current Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated line.
