In order to increase the click rate of his blog, the blogger reposted a large amount of obscene novels. After the policemen learned about this from the Internet monitoring department, they found Zhang Ran, the blogger who lived in Changchun, through the blog website. Two days ago, Zhang Ran was criminally detained by the Chaoyang police on suspicion of spreading and copying obscene information.

On November 2, the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Chaoyang Branch received clues from the municipal bureau's Internet monitoring department that a blog on a famous website had been publishing obscene content for a long time. After investigation by the police, it was found that the registered username of the blog was "bj". In addition to a large number of dirty jokes in his blog, there were also many short and long obscene novels. The cumulative hit rate of the blog has reached as high as 210,000 times.

Through investigation, the investigators learned that the registrant of this blog was Zhang Ran from Changchun, Jilin Province. On November 10, the Chaoyang police rushed to Changchun and arrested the suspect Zhang Ran.

Zhang Ran confessed to the police that he liked surfing the Internet, browsing web pages, reading news and novels in his spare time. In October last year, he created his own blog, but the click-through rate was not high. By chance, he discovered a long obscene novel online. Thinking that it might increase the click rate of the blog, he copied the novel and pasted it into his own blog. Since then, the click rate of his own blog has continued to rise. "Tasting the sweetness", Zhang Ran kept reposting dirty jokes and obscene novels in his blog.

The Chaoyang police stated that Zhang Ran's act of spreading and copying electronic obscene information was an illegal act. Since he had spread a certain amount of obscene information, he was suspected of committing a crime. Currently, Zhang Ran has been criminally detained by the Chaoyang police, and the case is still under further investigation.
