Registration experience sharing for @live.com

In the morning, I learned that live.cn had been opened, and when I came back in the evening, I found that live.com was also available for application. Some friends said it might be an IP issue, but I didn’t use any proxy when I applied just now. I’ve summarized that there are only two requirements:

1. The language code must be set to en-us.

2. When registering, the address should be in the United States, and the city, region, and postal code provided must match correctly.
