All relevant news reports have intentionally overlooked a fact - these companies are not all front-line companies that face consumers. Among them, there are only 7 telecommunication operators, and only 4 mobile phone producers. Other companies focus on semiconductor, software, peripheral services and take up the majority. Among these enterprises, those that actually determine success or failure are the telecom operators and mobile phone manufacturers. The operators determine the effective coverage range of Android, while the manufacturers determine the brand and quality of the phones.
