In the spring of 2007, I started a new chapter in my career at Alibaba. The heavy responsibility of online marketing for this large family fell on my shoulders. Since it is different from traditional portal site marketing and requires an entirely new mechanism and system, as well as completely different requirements for people, today’s online marketing at Alibaba is basically about laying the foundation, giving me a sense of entrepreneurship - starting from scratch, breakthroughs are needed in all aspects. Therefore, I spend about half of my time on business trips, and the rest of the time is spent in Beijing engaged in various kinds of thinking, exchanges, and discussions.
