1. A minimum of 5 pieces per batch, no limit on color/style/size, reaching a total of 5 pieces is sufficient. Orders with fewer than 5 pieces will not be confirmed by us.
2. Discounted pricing: Unfortunately, we cannot offer more favorable discounts. We sell directly from the manufacturer, and our pricing is carefully studied. Between the options of high price with high discount and actual price with low discount, we chose the latter. The online order system automatically adjusts the wholesale price based on your quantity.
3. Shipping costs for wholesale must be borne by the buyer. Please check the delivery fees under the transportation method. For small-batch customers, we recommend express delivery; for large-batch customers, we suggest freight transport. We do not recommend postal ordinary mail due to its slow speed and inability to track the package.
4. Regardless of the quantity you need, please do not negotiate prices with us at the beginning to avoid wasting valuable time. We price according to cost. Product Out-of-Stock Handling Process
Although this site is designated as a spot goods area, with large wholesale volumes, there might still be out-of-stock or out-of-color situations. If some goods remain out of stock after your remittance, you can choose:

(3) To refund the excess amount to the provided Industrial and Commercial Bank account or Alipay account, with the bank fee borne by you.

Some minor issues need to be handled by yourself. Therefore, we recommend that retail members buy for personal use from clothing stores where they can try on clothes and feel the fabric, and enjoy good service. Our wholesale prices do not include these costs, so we cannot provide such services. Please understand.
Quality Issue Handling Process
Please refer to the After-Sales Service Agreement for the determination of quality issues. If the product you purchased on this site has quality issues confirmed by customer service, please follow the process below:
1. Please note your order number and the quality issue inside the clothing packaging so we can handle it promptly upon receipt. Unmarked ones will be treated as discarded.
2. Please pay the courier freight yourself when returning the goods. We do not accept any form of cash-on-delivery for couriers.
Supplementary Explanation: You might find it hard to understand why you have to pay the freight for quality issues. Think of it this way: if you go to the market to buy in bulk and there are quality issues, you still have to take them back yourself, and the manufacturer won't reimburse your transportation costs. Since the profit margin for wholesale is quite low, when quality issues occur, the freight often exceeds the product's profit. We can only bear the one-way freight. We hope you can handle some minor issues yourself, such as small openings that can be fixed, stains that can be washed away, or problems that can be solved by tailors in a few minutes for a few dollars. We cannot guarantee that all products are 100% flawless. No manufacturer or company can ensure their products are 100% problem-free.
3. We will send the exchanged goods back to you within three days of receiving the returned goods.
