Tencent will soon open up the registration for 10-digit QQ accounts.

According to insiders at Tencent, the 10-digit QQ numbers have emerged. However, registration has not yet been opened to the public and is currently only available for Tencent's internal personnel. The pictures show that the number 1002000000 is already in use. I also logged into QQ to look for this number, and it does indeed exist!
