ASCII MEDIA WORKS will release a new game titled "Dear Girl Stories - Kyō Kyō Special Training Operation" (Dear Girl~Stories~ 響 響特訓大作戦) on December 17 for the DS at a price of 5,040 yen.

This game is based on the dramatization of the manga "Dear Girl~Stories~ 響" which was serialized in the comic magazine "Silf" (published by ASCII Media Works). The player will take on the role of an assistant to the commander of a secret organization called "Kyō" that helps young people.

### Introduction to Dear Girl~Stories~ (Abbreviated as DGS):

Originally hosted by voice actors Hiroshi Kamiya and Daisuke Ono, "Dear Girl~Stories~" was a radio program initially aimed at male audiences, focusing on introducing new ACG-related series, books, and audiovisual products. It also included audience Q&A sessions and gossip segments. However, due to the hosts' antics, the show became anything but "dear" or "girl"-oriented. Instead, it has become a hotbed for industry gossip, largely thanks to the腐 (yaoi/fanservice) tendencies of the producer, Shigeru Saitou (note: not Daisuke Ono's Saitou). This has led to the creation of the notorious "DG5," a group of five individuals who frequently appear on the show, causing chaos and laughter with their unpredictable behavior. The RP (role-playing) level on this show is high enough to leave listeners in stitches every week, and there's no shortage of juicy gossip and JQ (潜在情愫, potential romantic tension) events surrounding these five personalities.

#### Prologue:

The protagonist (player) is about to hit the field when they suddenly encounter a single parent on the way back from a job site, who declares, "I'm going overseas today!" This unexpected announcement shocks them so much that they end up quitting their job before even starting it. Unwilling to become someone who abandons their responsibilities, yet also unwilling to settle for mediocrity, the protagonist stumbles upon the radio program "Dear Girl~Stories~" and decides to seek advice from the program team to resolve their troubles.

A few days later, the protagonist meets two elegantly dressed individuals searching for "something" at a vending machine. After helping them, the protagonist learns that these two are none other than the hosts of "Dear Girl~Stories~" and members of a secret organization called "Kyō," dedicated to helping teenagers solve their problems. Shocked, the protagonist is then recruited by the commander of "Kyō" to become an assistant in resolving the troubles of young people. Agreeing to the proposal, the protagonist embarks on a life full of adventure!
