1. Tender Environment
The Jinzhou Boyi Photovoltaic Park 3MWP solar photovoltaic grid-connected power station project has been approved for construction by the Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The funding source is a combination of national grants and self-raised funds. This project now meets the tender conditions, and public bidding is currently underway.

2.2 Tender Scope: The grid-connected photovoltaic power generation project must be equipped with a data acquisition system and remote communication system to implement centralized and real-time monitoring.
3. Requirements for Bidder Qualifications
3.1 Bidders are legal entities that respond to the tender documents and engage in bidding competition.
3.2 They should have qualifications and capabilities in professional technology, equipment facilities, personnel organization, performance experience, etc., for design, manufacturing, installation, quality control, maintenance, and management.
3.3 Goods must pass relevant certifications such as Golden Sun, IEC61215, TUV, etc. (This clause only applies to Package 01).
4. Registration for Bidding and Obtaining Tender Documents
All those interested in participating in the bid can register from November 27, 2009, to December 3, 2009 (excluding statutory holidays), daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Beijing Time).
Registration requires the following documents:
(1) Business license of the enterprise legal person;
(2) Authorization letter of the authorized representative and ID card of the authorized representative;
(3) Relevant certifications such as Golden Sun, IEC61215, TUV, etc. (This clause only applies to Package 01);
(4) Performance contracts for similar projects.
All certificates and personnel must provide original documents and copies. Copies need to be stamped with the bidder's official seal. If there are no original documents, the competent authority of the certificate must issue relevant certificates.
5. Submission of Tender Documents
5.1 The deadline for submission of tender documents is 9:00 AM on December 16, 2009.
5.2 Tender documents received late or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the tenderer.
