Because online marketing is a systematic project, not only does the network promotion need to be effective, but also the promotion needs to be in place so that customers can find your website. Moreover, customers should appreciate your website and consult with you smoothly. Many companies spend a lot of money on online promotion, but due to negligence in some details, potential investments go down the drain. The ineffectiveness of online marketing is not because the promoted product is ineffective, but due to some detail mistakes leading to the overall failure of online marketing. Therefore, everyone must pay attention to the following details when doing online marketing.

First: Ensure smooth consultation channels

Keep your contact information available so that when customers look at your website and have the desire to consult, they can quickly get in touch with you. This statement may seem like common sense, but based on my actual experience, at least 40% of businesses have problems with unsmooth consultation channels. The main issues are as follows:

1. Some websites are too flashy, making it difficult to find contact information. Customers don't have the patience to search for your contact information; if they can't find it quickly, they will leave and browse another site.

2. Even though contact information can be found, the phone number or email address is incorrect, preventing customers from contacting you.

3. The telephone number left on the website is often unanswered, or emails and message boards are not handled promptly.

4. Although customers can contact your company, the inquiry calls or emails do not directly reach the person in charge of business; the inquiry information isn't timely passed on to the business person in charge, leading to delays in responding to inquiries and follow-ups.

Are we avoiding all these simple four points?

Second: Web pages should be compatible with various browser versions

Since there are many types and versions of browsers now, many websites have problems during web page creation and cannot display normally on some versions of browsers. Therefore, after the website is done, we must check if it can be browsed normally in several mainstream browsers and commonly used versions. For example, IE6.0, 7.0, 8.0, as well as Firefox, Google Chrome, Tencent Browser, and 360 Browser. At least in these mainstream browsers, the webpage should display correctly.

Third: Webpage loading speed should be fast

Many websites have the problem of slow webpage loading speed. Customers do not have the patience to wait for a webpage that takes dozens of seconds to open. When encountering such a website, most customers will leave immediately. Therefore, the website server's speed must be normal, and avoid using too much FLASH during webpage creation which affects the loading speed. Especially for foreign trade company websites, it's best to use overseas servers so that international customers can browse your website at a normal speed.

Fourth: Company profile and product information should be accurate and clear

The company profile and product descriptions must be accurate and clear without obvious errors. If a corporate website has obvious errors in the company profile and product introduction (such as typos), it will greatly reduce customer confidence in consulting with you. Product images should be clear and parameter descriptions correct. If possible, enrich the variety of product images. For a corporate website, product introduction is often the focus of the entire site, and this part cannot be overlooked.
