I once wrote an article about Google PR being deleted. At that time, I mainly got the news from iResearch. I also logged into the Google management backend to check, and indeed saw this message. To be honest, I was really happy at that time. Maybe there's something wrong with me. Guangzhou DaZhong Moving Company suggests that professional movers should follow the flow. But I really hope it gets deleted. To put it bluntly, those who rely on black hat tactics and link spamming can go hungry. However, Google still updated. Shenzhen SEO, Guangzhou DaZhong Moving, Xiaofeng's blog also increased from PR3 to PR4. How to say, should I be happy? Recalling the days when I was searching for links just for a little PR increase, I have a kind of unspeakable bitterness and sigh in my heart. But after so long, I have seen through it. Whether PR4 or PR3, we should continue doing what we need to do. In my eyes, PR has never been much of a thing, even though some people regard it as the most important thing. But now, PR is really gone.
The guys in the group keep asking when PR will update. Wasn't it said that it updates every three months? Why hasn't it updated yet? Every day seeing such questions makes me feel very annoyed, and I can't help but scold them. Not that I'm saying anything, but as an SEOer, I hope they spend their energy on user experience and website structure. If you do these well, your weight naturally won't be too low. The things that are supposed to come will eventually come. There's no need to fuss over that so-called PR.
Those who were previously talking a lot about PR are now silent. After all the hype, nothing substantial came out. Let me tell you honestly, does it matter to you whether Google deletes PR or not? Don't spread rumors about these trivial things all day. Even if they really want to delete it, is it your job to promote it? Won't they release the news themselves?
This is not targeted at any individual, but the key is, we are too passive, too neurotic. Some people say that SEOers are all neurotic, but do we really have to be like that? Remember what I told my students last night: the hardest part of doing SEO is not the technology, but maintaining a normal mindset. Before doing SEO, we know that some things are beyond our control, and we just do what we need to do. But after doing SEO, we lose even this basic thinking. When making a title, we worry this and that; when writing an article, we force keywords in, making it look awkward and unappealing.
To be honest, it doesn't make much sense. Still the same sentence: do what needs to be done. Don't waste your mind on things that don't concern you. That's all for today. If you have anything else to say about Google PR, feel free to exchange ideas with me.
