Baidu, targets advertising based on personal information.

I originally wanted to look up the slogan "have fewer children, raise more pigs" associated with the family planning policy. I entered the words "family planning" on baidu.com. However, the first five results on the first page were advertisements by Baidu for some hospitals in Tianjin. And since I am also in Tianjin, I can't help but wonder if this is the result of Baidu collecting my personal information.
