How to make your site name appear in the search suggestions of Google and Baidu

When you type "b" in Google, you'll find it suggests Baidu, and when you type "g" in Baidu, it suggests Google. This is what we all know as search suggestions. If our site could also be suggested by Google or Baidu, regardless of how much traffic it would bring... at least it would be an encouragement for us.

Search Suggestions:

What is referred to as "search suggestions" is the automatic appearance of a drop-down box below the search bar in Google or Baidu when you input keywords. It provides some commonly used suggested words for users to choose from. These suggested words are usually the hottest search terms during a recent period. Websites that have search suggestion terms on Google and Baidu can not only improve user experience and increase traffic but also deepen visitors' impressions of the website. Most importantly, they can enhance SEO: increasing the friendliness of search engines towards the website and improving its weight in search engines.

Adding Search Suggestions:

So, how do we get Google and Baidu, these two giants, to include our site names in their respective search suggestions? Actually, it's not difficult. Based on my observations and experiments over the past period, I found that Google and Baidu don't keep the same collection of search suggestion terms; instead, they rank them according to the number of searches, from high to low. This ranking should be based on the ranking of recent times rather than long-term rankings.

Once you understand the rules of search suggestions, it becomes easier. In this case, we can search for fixed keywords of our site every day on Google and Baidu (provided that the site has already been indexed), then click on them. It's best to get a few friends to help. If you persist for a while, within half a month, Google and Baidu will likely include the keywords you entered in their search suggestions.

Final Note: The appearance of your keyword does not mean it will always appear. After a period, Google and Baidu will update the vocabulary of their search suggestions. Keywords with fewer searches will naturally be replaced by those with more searches. Therefore, maintaining a good site is key, and persistence is crucial.
