[Abstract] I have long wanted to find a free web hosting service that is fully functional, so I can also try building a website online. I previously tried using an old computer as a server to independently build a website, but it was too technical and I didn't have time for in-depth research, so I had to put it off until later; I also registered some free web page spaces recommended by newspapers and magazines, but none of them supported dynamic web pages, and some didn't even support FTP uploads, so I had no choice but to give up on those.
