From the table above, it can be clearly seen that in developed countries and regions, broadband Internet speeds mostly range between 50-100M. In contrast, in large cities in China, the bandwidth is around 2-4M, in second-tier cities it's about 1-2M, and there are still some areas struggling with 512k speed or even using modems to connect via telephone lines for Internet access.
Of course, the speeds mentioned above refer to peak speeds. However, from what I understand, the download speed in the former case (developed countries) ranges between 10-20M. As for the 1M speed I use, the download speed barely exceeds 100K. I can't even imagine what a download speed of over ten M feels like because I've only experienced a download speed of over 2M when downloading movies from an internal server at my workplace, which already felt like flying.
