The Alexa ranking is calculated based on two parameters: one is the number of visitors, which is represented by "reach" on the Alexa official website (indicating how many people per million have visited the site), and the other parameter is PV (the average number of pages of the site viewed by each person). There is a basic formula to calculate the ranking: Ranking = Reach * PV * x, where x represents an unknown algorithm or parameter. Therefore, as long as you can improve either or both of reach and PV, you can improve the ranking. The most primitive method of Alexa cheating was constantly refreshing the page to increase PV, thereby improving the ranking without increasing the number of visitors (reach). This was the most basic way to cheat Alexa in the past, but this method has now become largely ineffective, so I won't go into the specific implementation techniques here.
