I feel that, merely venting complaints and cursing about things like the GFW (Great Firewall of China) or 'he xie' (harmony/censorship), is at least not a pragmatic attitude. If we truly want to improve our current situation, we still need detailed analysis, legal basis, and we must figure out which issues are problems in the implementation phase by relevant authorities, and which are legislative phase problems. For example, in yesterday's article, I simply wanted to explain, through reviewing current regulations, that there is no prohibition on personal websites in the legislation! As for how it is actually implemented, that requires further discussion. Am I too rigid? Have we really reached the point where we need to start movements without evidence or preparation?!
