Taobao: If there is a problem with the card number you have purchased, please do not contact the seller.

On September 4th, my Little Smart phone was out of credit. According to my past habits, I hurriedly logged onto Taobao’s旺旺convenience center and selected the corresponding top-up card to enter the automatic shipping purchase procedure. Since Beijing’s Little Smart phones are under Unicom, which has now merged with China Unicom, after taking a screenshot — making payment — topping up — confirming, I discovered that these cards could not be used. There was nothing I could do but contact the seller according to Taobao’s prompts to see if there was a problem with the card number. After verifying, the seller said that I must have bought the wrong one; since I had bought the wrong one, I followed Taobao’s process and applied for a refund. Taobao staff informed me that they would intervene and handle it within three to five working days, so I waited. Worried that there might be a problem, I quickly contacted Taobao customer service again. The customer service replied that they would intervene and handle it within three to five working days (since I work in media, I asked them to keep a recording of the conversation). By this point in the situation, I believe everyone would handle it the same way: buy wrong, apply for a refund.
