4. Establishing QQ/MSN Groups

Let me ask everyone a few questions: when you first join a new group, who do you pay attention to first? Among the groups you frequently visit, who are the five people that leave the deepest impression on you? If you need help from group members, who do you think of first? I believe most people, when answering these three questions, would mention the group owner. From this, we can see that establishing a group is absolutely an excellent way to expand one's social network and enhance personal influence. But does just setting up any group guarantee results? The answer is no. For instance, I have joined over a hundred groups, but only about ten of them are truly active, which proves that there are certain skills involved in both creating and maintaining a group.
