Make your keyboard talk!

Make your keyboard talk!

Facing a silent computer for a long time, we inevitably get tired.

If the content you are typing is read out by the system without a single character (letter) difference, would you still be able to make mistakes while typing in silence?

Take the little-known "Narrator" in Windows 2000/XP as an example to teach you how to DIY a completely free voice keyboard.

In the "Run" dialog box, type "narrator" and click "OK."

After clicking "OK" to skip, the main character of this article - the "Narrator" - will appear.

If your speakers are already on, what did you hear? Press the Ctrl key if you don't want to listen.

Try pressing any key again. The letter keys you input are read out by the system in standard American English. At this point, you have a completely free voice keyboard right at your fingertips. Friends who are interested might give it a try.
