Although Picasa is blocked in China, causing many red X's to appear, its updates have not stopped. Recently, Picasa launched the latest version 3.5. The most anticipated update is probably the facial recognition feature. This means it can conveniently categorize photos through facial recognition, automatically sorting similar facial images on your computer by name, allowing you to quickly find photos of relatives and friends. Currently, there is no Chinese version, but you can obtain the English version of Picasa 3.5 by changing the language.

New features of Picasa v3.5:

- Provides face scanning and automatic classification functions.

- You can set the shooting location of each picture on a map.

- A more complete and convenient image upload interface, which can automatically upload from a digital camera to Picasa and synchronously update relevant settings.

- A more convenient batch tag (Tags) setting function, allowing quick setting of multiple tags for photos.
