Practical blind mobile phone

Recently, we had a communication with designer Siwei Liu about his recent project 'Tactility' (Touch).

Tactility is a mobile phone specially designed for the blind. As the mobile phone becomes an essential tool in people's lives, many blind friends have also joined this trend. However, it is very difficult to find a truly suitable phone for them on the market. Those feature-rich and uniquely designed phones often leave them at a loss.

As the name suggests, the keyboard design of Tactility is based on Braille (Braille), with only a single call function, plain appearance, and simple styling.

There is a simple ring buckle at one end of the mobile phone, which allows users to hang a rope around their neck for safekeeping and easy access whenever needed.
