First Experience with Windows Live Folders

Today, I received a letter from Windows Live Beta, informing me that Windows Live Folders is now available, but only in the United States. However, after logging into https://folders.live.com, I was surprised to find that I could use it. Maybe it's because I previously changed the preferred language of IE to English.
