Erosion-resistant optimization design of centrifugal pump impeller

To optimize the impeller for the cavitation problem of centrifugal pumps in the circulating water system, by selecting an appropriate impeller diameter and changing the inlet angle of the impeller to improve the suction performance of the pump, and modifying the manufacturing process of the impeller and choosing anti-cavitation duplex stainless steel, the cavitation problem of the circulating water pump impeller has been effectively solved. Moreover, a welded impeller has been designed and manufactured.
