A Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland in San Francisco's East Bay to Las Vegas was forced to return to its departure point on the 20th. A male passenger was suspected of exposing himself to a female passenger sitting next to him; when she screamed, he punched her and then took off all his clothes. The suspect was eventually subdued by the flight attendants and passengers, and then arrested by the police who boarded the plane. Officer Neil of Alameda County in the East Bay.
