The Flair style mentioned above is already a familiar interface for regular users of Windows Live services. This interface has also become the standard look for Windows Live websites and services. Flair has been widely accepted since last summer (though some sites introduced this user interface concept earlier). Despite being an excellent and easily recognizable interface, we will undoubtedly see it phased out soon.
In the coming months, Microsoft will bring us a complete visual update for Windows Live websites and applications. This has already been evident in a few Beta services released not long ago, including Messenger 8.5, Mail, and Writer, which showcased the new interface. Here are some changes we expect, most of which you’ve probably seen before, but we have some previously unreleased screenshots of the Windows Live web interface.
