Enterprises such as Tencent, Sohu, NetEase, and Yesky are ordered to make corrections by the Ministry of Information Industry

According to an announcement on the official website of the Ministry of Information Industry, 265 licensed organizations including NetEase, Tencent, Sohu, Century Interconnect, Tsinghua Tongfang, China Huaxia Bank, China Construction Bank, Yonyou Software, Yesky, etc. are required to make corrections within a limited time for one or more issues such as non-compliant operations, arrears of code numbers, failure to launch business on time, unauthorized change of shareholders, and failure to participate in the annual inspection of local administrations. The correction period will be from the date of issuance of this notice to June 24, 2007.
