Looking for the driving force of refined management

As market competition deepens, it has become inevitable for enterprise management to transit from roughness to standardized precision. However, the degree of refinement achieved in practice always falls short of expectations. Managers are not unaware of the benefits of standardized and refined management; rather, they lack the driving force to implement refined management. As a result, they often find themselves trapped in a "prisoner's dilemma," worrying about the difficulty of achieving the anticipated value equilibrium, which might render their efforts fruitless. Therefore, helping managers escape the "prisoner's dilemma" and resist the temptation of侥幸success through lax management should be the top priority in promoting refined management.
